A tracking number is sent to you directly UPS and USPS sends out a Delivery Confirmation notice to your registered e-mail address. Insurance in every auction is highly recommended as we are not responsible for the loss or damage of an item once UPS or USPS has taken possession of the item. In the event of loss or damage we will assist the buyer in the filing of a claim in which insurance was purchased and forward the refund once the claim is paid by the carrier. Please take photos and retain the original shipping box and packing materials in case the shippers require them. Courier claims usually are settled within 7-30 days but a USPS claim can take 60 days or longer to complete. Just one of the reasons that couriers are our preferred choice of carrier
It is the responsibility of the purchaser to thoroughly check their purchase upon receipt of the goods and to notify us within 24 hours of any damage.
