Vintage Porcelain Blonde Curly Hair/Blue Eye Baby Doll Head w/ Neck Plate. “Tulip”. Excellent condition-no chips or cracks and extremely clean. The adorable porcelain baby doll head has blonde curly hair and beautiful bright blue glass eyes w/gold earrings. The neck plate is approximately 4” wide .Doll head is most likely made by Donna Rupert but can not be certain as doll hair covers head where it would be signed. The doll head name is Tulip” and is in inside neck plate, which is typical of her work. Her head pivots and moves and neck plate can be removed if desired.
