    Currently available is this 1/48 scale unassembled model kit of the Pz.H Auf Gw II, "
    Wespe
    " self-propelled artillery piece made by Bandai of Japan in the 1970s.  Based on the Panzerkampfwagen II chassis, the
    Wespe
    (Wasp) self-propelled artillery piece would be produced from 1943-44 allowing for the fast moving Panzer forces to have mobile artillery support having a crew of five and mounting the 10.5 cm leFH 18/2 L-28 howitzer with 40 rounds of ammunition  .  This well detailed, unassembled kit is molded in gray plastic still in the original wrappers and is in excellent condition.
