Steel Wind Turbine Base Mount for residential wind turbine, Made In NEVADA USA. This is a tilt down base for a SMALL wind turbine. the tower should not exceed 20 feet also you still need guy wires . Dimensions are  1/4 in thick plate. hinge pin is 3/4"  Hinge is 5/8 thick so its very sturdy. if you need a different size pipe let me know it would take me 2 weeks.or less lead time.
