This fee includes labor and new membrane panel.  Your switches must be in working order.
    You

buying a DRO on this site.
Round Trip Shipping is at your expense.
I attached some before, during and after pictures of the replacement process.  I wrote the following notes for a customer that chose to replace the front panels himself:
    MEMBRANE INSTALLATION TIPS
    (01)
Remove the cover of your DRO.
    (02)  Take a few pictures of the layout of the motherboard and other components for reference later.
    (03)  Remove the motherboard, power supply, front panel, connectors etc. leaving an empty shell.
    (04)  Cover the wiring on the back panel with plastic and tape shut to keep out moisture.
    (05)  Remove the ON/OFF switch by compressing tabs.  I do the bottom first and then top while keeping constant outward pressure.  Tape the top red & white wire together and the bottom red and white together
    (06)  Remove the old membrane using a heat gun, constant pulling and/or a utility knife until completely off.
    (07)  I found the BEST way to remove the sticky residue is with CRC Brakleen brake parts cleaner, putty or utility knife.  When most of the residue is off I use maroon 3-M pads and parts cleaner until 100% off.
    (08)  Give the shell a hot soapy bath to remove all brake cleaner.  Wipe dry and remove plastic from wiring.
    (09)  Install front panel leaving all six screws a little more than "finger tight".  There's a reason for this.
    (10)  Install motherboard and power supply
    (11)  Temporarily connect both sets of red & white wires onto switch.  Put electrical tape around switch to prevent touching with your fingers as you will be turning unit on while installing new membrane panel.
    (12)  Turn unit on and press keys with LED's above them to illuminate as many of them as you can and keep them lit.
    (13)  Remove the paper backing from the new membrane panel, hold it over the front of the DRO and align it so the 0.00000's in the X&Y axes and  the light from the lit LED's form perfect full circles as it comes through the clear holes of the membrane.
    (14)
    NOTE
    :
In Step (13) Keep new panel away from DRO face until you have all perfect full circles.  If it lightly makes contact it can be separated but if too much pressure is applied before it is perfectly aligned it may not be possible to remove.
    (15)  Once it is aligned to your satisfaction press on it.  Shut power off, unplug the DRO and press firmly on the entire surface area removing any air pockets that may have formed.
    (16)  Using a knife or razor blade cut and trim the membrane at the ON/OFF switch opening.
    (17)  Remove wires from switch, press switch through opening, reattach wires.
    (18)  Plug in, turn on unit and check that all keys respond to being pressed.  It may be necessary to back off the screws holding the keyboard panel corresponding to the location of keys that don’t respond.
    (19)  Install cover.  This completes the installation.
I am one of the original seven distributors that sat across the table from Steve Bromley and Rick Roelke on July 05, 1983 when they formed Metronics, Inc. and began producing Quadra-Chek DRO's.  I am the last one still working with and on them.
