Refurbished Brown and Sharpe Manual MicroVal 454 CMM Coordinate Measuring Machine
Coordinate Measuring Machine which has been Refurbished and Retrofitted with the Latest Version of CMM Manager Standard Measuring Software. Includes 1 year of Software Maintenance and technical Support. System includes a Renishaw TP1s (or similar) Non-Indexing Electronic Touch Probe System (photos shown with optional Indexable Probe) and New PC system with scale interpolation electronics and scale counting interface. This system is complete and is ready to measure with exporting of measured features to your favorite CAD software for Reverse Engineering. CMM Manager Standard configuration allows direct export of measured features in IGES, DXF, and Nikon Focus Feature formats. CMM Manager Standard allows CAD importing of IGES, STEP, and DXF formats. Other CAD import file formats (Catia, IDEAS,Pro-E, Solidworks, Unigraphics, etc.) are supported with optional additional import modules. Software includes true Drag and Drop 2D and 3D Graphical Reporting package in addition to standard text/numerical data report output. Includes ability to print or store reports in multiple file formats including direct to MS Excel, Word, Notepad, HTML, CSV (Comma Separated Values), Datapage, Datapage+, or RTP (notepad style low ink consumption for printing). DMIS Program Runtime Engine is included. CMM manager can be transferred to many other systems including DCC if you upgrade CMM in future with required driver purchase.
